ice peanut? what is that!

ice peanut is a full translate of ais kacang [Malay language] which ice = ais and bean = kacang, most properly
name are ice bean. i purposely change bean to peanut cause i like i name as ice peanut~~ =p


what is ice peanut [ais kacang]???

ais kacang is a Malaysian food delights, it a desserts ais kacang is shaved ice.

Traditionally a Malaysian and Singaporean dessert, ais kacang is made of red beans and shaved ice topped with sweet syrup or jelly beans. The word "ais" comes from the English word "ice," and "kacang" means 'bean' in Malay. Ais kacang is a popular street food in Southeast Asia, where it can be found in a variety of bright colors, and is often served with fruit cocktails.

let me share wit u all,

this is the simple instruction of make a ais kacang :

1. Step 1

   Mix the beans, corn, jelly beans, peanuts and nutmeg in a small serving bowl.

2. Step 2

   Add a scoop of shaved ice over the mixture.

3. Step 3

   Pour the fruit syrup over the top of the ice. You can use more than one kind of fruit syrup.

4. Step 4

   Pour the evaporated milk over the ice.

5. Step 5

   Serve immediately before the ice melts.
